麝香酮中间体3-甲基十五烷二酸双甲酯的合成

摘要

采用3-甲基戊二酸单甲酯（A）和α，ω-十二烷二酸（DDDA）（B）单甲酯为原料，经电解缩合反应合成麝香酮中间体3-甲基十五烷二酸双甲酯，讨论反应时间和反应温度等对反应的影响。实验表明，在40℃，AB 摩尔比为1∶1．5，电极为铂，电流强度20 A，反应时间10 h，产率可达51．62％。%3-Methyl-pentadecanedioicacid,2-methylester,the fragrance of which is extremely simliar to musk,was synthesized using pentadecanediacid as the feed stock by electrochemical condensation reac-tion.The effects of reaction time and temperature on the extraction and esterification reactions are dis-cussed.The experiment showed that at 40 ℃,n (A)∶n (B)is 1∶1.5,electrode platinum,current inten-sity is 20 A,reaction time is 10 h,the yield is 51.62%.
