A gas well in northern Shaanxi thickening acid flowback has a low pH,corrosion resistance,high salinity,high SS content,features high Ca2+ content and a low transmittance.This paper analyzes the thickening acid flowback composition of the nature of water quality,the use of improve flowback pH to reduce the content of Ca2+,followed by removal of SS by flocculation and settling,and predict post-treatment acidification return junction drain was mixed with the injected water in different proportions after scale trend.The results show that:in the regulation of waste acidified to pH 11.0,PAC dosage of 500 mg/L,PAM dosage of 30 mg/L,the light transmittance of the supernatant treated water could reach 98.5%.At 30 ~80 ℃,after treatment thickening acid flowback water mixed with injection of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate were no scaling trend in different proportions(V/V).It can significantly reduce the mixture was poured into water interfacial tension,help to improve the efficiency of injected water flooding.%陕北某气井稠化酸返排液具有pH低、腐蚀性强、矿化度高、SS含量高、Ca2+含量高和低透光率的特征.分析了稠化酸返排液的水质组成性质,采用提高返排液pH以降低Ca2含量,再通过絮凝沉降除去SS,并预测处理后酸化返排液与注入水按不同比例混合后的结垢趋势.结果表明,在调节酸化废液pH为11.0,PAC投加量为500 mg/L,PAM投加量为30 mg/L时,处理水上清液的透光率可达到98.5%.在30 ~ 80℃下,处理后稠化酸返排液与注入水按照不同体积比混合均无碳酸钙和硫酸钙结垢趋势.混合后可降低界面张力,有利于提高注入水驱油效率.
