应用质子转移反应质谱快速鉴别卷烟的真假

摘要

A method based on self-developed proton transfer reaction mass spectrometry (PTR-MS) was developed for rapid identification of genuine cigarettes.Volatile organic compounds of four brands of cigarette samples bought from domestic market have been firstly detected by the PTR-MS.And the main ion signal peaks were found at m/z =33,43,45,57,59 and 61.Methanol,acetaldehyde,acetic acid and propanol were contained in the four brands of cigarette products by contrast analysis.And then the principal component analysis for identification and classification of four brands of cigarette samples was carried out with 100％ correct rate.Due to fast detection,high sensitivity and low detection limit of PTR-MS,this method can be used for rapid and accurate identification of genuine cigarettes.%开发了利用质子转移质谱快速鉴定卷烟真假的一种方法.利用自制质子转移质谱检测市购国产4种品牌成品卷烟烟丝中的挥发性有机物,检测到的主要离子信号峰为m/z=33,43,45,57,59和61,通过对比分析发现4种品牌成品卷烟中均含有甲醇、乙醛、乙酸和丙醇.应用主成分分析对4种品牌成品卷烟进行分类鉴别,对烟丝的类归属的正确率为100％.质子转移质谱具有检测速度快、灵敏度高和探测限低等特点,对成品卷烟能够进行快速、准确的真假鉴别.
