基于正交设计 NSGA-Ⅱ算法的制动器多目标优化

     

摘要

针对汽车制动器的多目标优化问题进行了研究,建立了以制动效能因数最大、制动鼓体积最小和制动器温升最低的多目标优化模型。针对传统 NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解三目标优化问题的不足,引入正交设计策略,提出了一种基于正交设计 NSGA-Ⅱ的改进算法。将改进算法同时与 NSGA-Ⅱ、PAES、MOCell 三种经典的优化算法在DTLZ 系列测试函数上进行性能测试,结果表明改进算法在求解三目标优化问题上具有更好的性能。用改进算法和 NSGA-Ⅱ两种算法同时求解制动器的多目标优化算例,改进算法得到了分布更好的 Pareto 前端,表明改进算法对此类多目标优化问题求解行之有效。%This paper studied the multi-objective optimization problem of drum brake,and established a multi-objective opti-mization model with the objective of maximizing the braking efficiency,minimizing the volume and temperature rise.As the deficiency of classic non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ (NSGA-Ⅱ)in solving the three target optimization problems, it proposed an improved algorithm (OXNSGA-Ⅱ)by introducing orthogonal design strategy into the NSGA-Ⅱ.The experi-ments on a series of DTLZ test functions show that the improved algorithm has better performance than NSGA-Ⅱ,Pareto ar-chived evolution strategy (PAES)and cellular genetic algorithm for multiobjective optimization (MOCell)in solving three tar-get optimization problems.The results of optimizing the brake design instance reveal that the improved algorithm can find bet-ter-distributed Pareto front than NSGA-Ⅱ,and it is useful in solving this kind of multiobjective optimization problems.
