应用气相色谱测定羊粪和植物样中饱和链烷烃方法的改进

摘要

放牧家畜采食量测定，对于评定放牧家畜的营养状况有着十分重要的意义。基于已报道的饱和链烷烃测定技术，对羊粪和植物样中饱和链烷烃含量测定的前处理方法、气相色谱条件及内标物的选择进行了改进和修正。结果表明，改进后的方法更加简便、易于操作，以C36作为内标物对测定结果影响极小，具有较好的应用性。%The estimate of herbage intake is of significance for the evaluation of nutritional status of grazing livestock. Based on the N-alkanes-determination technique developed in previously published reports, the samples pre-treatment method, gas chromatography conditions and internal standard of the technique were optimized in present study. The results showed that the improved technique is more convenient to operate, and the use of C36 as internal standard showed minimal impact on the determination results.
