康惠尔透明贴预防外周静脉留置针所致静脉炎的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨康惠尔透明贴预防外周静脉留置针所致静脉炎的疗效.方法 将70例经外周静脉置管进行静脉大量输液或输注高渗药物的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各35例.实验组穿刺成功后将康惠尔透明贴以穿刺点为中心沿静脉走向固定在静脉留置针上,对照组则用3M公司生产的6 cm×7 cm贴可舒敷贴覆盖固定.两组病例均连续观察记录至拔针后应用静脉炎国际分级标准进行评估.结果 实验组静脉炎的发生率为20.0%,对照组静脉炎的发生率为88.6%,两组比较P<0.01,差异有显著性.结论 康惠尔透明贴预防静脉留置针引起的静脉炎疗效显著.%It becomes critical to reform the traditional teaching management systems and mechanisms in the process of single subject medical college developing into the multi- disciplinary. Three reform strategies are proposeed, setting reform- minded, updating educational management idea, dealing with three relations, implementing the two-level management style between college and school and establishing a scientific management mechanism to ensure the quality of personnel training.
