妇炎清洗剂的质量标准研究

摘要

目的 建立妇炎清洗剂的质量标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC) 对妇炎清洗剂中苦参、黄柏、白鲜皮、龙胆进行鉴别;用HPLC法对妇炎清洗剂中蛇床子的成分蛇床子素含量进行测定.结果 薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于观察.蛇床子素的进样浓度在5.92～59.20 mg·L-1此范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6);平均回收率为98.83%,RSD=0.65%(n=6).结论 该方法简单可行、重复性好,能有效地控制妇炎清洗剂的质量.%Aim To establish the quality standard for Fuyanqing lotion. Methods The sophora , Phellodendron amurense , Cortex Dictamni and gentian in Fuyanqing lotion were identified by TLC , and content of Osthol of selinum japenious seed in Fuyanqing lotion was determined by HPLC. Results The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well. The linear range of Osthol was 5. 92 ～ 59. 20 mg · L -1 ( r = 0. 999 6) . The average recovery was 98. 83％ , and RSD was 0. 65 ％ ( n = 6) . Conclusion The method is simple and repeatable ,which can be used for the quality control of Fuyanqing lotion.
