布洛芬缓释胶囊释放介质处理方式研究

摘要

目的 考察释放介质处理方式对布洛芬缓释胶囊释放度的影响.方法 对不同生产企业的三批布洛芬缓释胶囊,考察了煮沸、超声、减压抽滤三种不同脱气方式对释放度的影响;对煮沸法配制释放介质,考察了放置时间对释放度的影响.结果 释放介质脱气方式和放置时间,对布洛芬缓释胶囊释放度有较大影响.结论 布洛芬缓释胶囊释放度检查,释放介质应使用煮沸法脱气,快速降温.%Aim To explore the influence of the way dealing with release medium upon the releasing degree of ibuprofen sustained-release capsules. Methods Through examining three bacthes of ibuprofen sustained-release capsules from different pharmaceutical companies,and the influence upon the releasing degree was observed by three different degassing ways - boiling,ultrasound and vacuum filtration,to explore the influence of standing time upon the releasing degree in release medium made by boiling way. Results The degassing ways and standing time of release medium had great influence upon the releasing degree of release medium in ibuprofen sustained-release capsules. Conclusion Testing on the releasing degree of release medium in ibuprofen sustained-release capsules proves that release medium should be degassed by boiling way,in order to be cooled down rapidly.
