通窍活血汤对血管性痴呆大鼠脑皮质中NO、ET-1、LPO含量的实验研究

Aim To study the content changes of NO,ET-1 ,LPO in cerebral cortex of vascular dementia in rats on TQHXD,and to clearrnly indicate the efficacy of TQHXD on vascular dementia in rats. Methods NO,ET-1, LPO in rat' s cerebral cortex were evaluated by enrnzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with sham-operated group, the content of No, ET-1, LPO obviously increased(P rn＜ 0.05). In high dose group and middle dose group,TQHXD could significantly decrease the content of NO, ET-1, LPO in cerebral corrntex of vascular dementia rats(P ＜0.05). Conclusion TQHXD could decrease the role of oxygen free radicals in the cerebral cortex in rnVD rats.%目的 观察通窍活血汤(TQHXD)对血管性痴呆大鼠脑皮质中一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、脂褐素(LPO)含量的影响,明确通窍活血汤对血管性痴呆大鼠的疗效.方法 通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法测定大鼠脑皮质中NO、ET-1、LPO的浓度.结果 模型对照组较假手术组相比,VD大鼠脑皮质中NO、ET-1、LPO的含量显著提高(P＜0.05);通窍活血汤高、中剂量组能明显降低VD大鼠脑皮质NO、ET-1、LPO的含量(P＜0.05).结论 TQHXD具有明显降低VD大鼠的脑皮质中氧自由基的作用.
