我院2006～2009年245例中药注射剂不良反应报告回顾性分析

摘要

目的 了解该院中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)发生情况、特点及规律,为临床合理使用中药注射剂提供参考.方法 采用回顾性调查分析方法对该院2006～2009年上报合格的245例ADR报告进行统计和分析.结果 ≥61岁年患者ADR发生率较高;引起不良反应的中药注射剂共37个品种,其不良反应累及8个系统.结论 临床使用中药注射剂时,要加强其不良反应的监测,提高该类药品的使用安全.%Aim To provide information for rational drug use in clinical by investigating the occurrence and characteristics of adverse rndrug reactions(ADR)induced by traditional Chinese medicine injections occurring in our hospital. Methods We collected date of the rnpatients who suffered ADR of traditional Chinese medicine injections during 2006 ～ 2009, and analysed this statistics by retrospective surrnvey methodology. Results Patients over the age of 61 years showed a higher incidence of ADR. The 245 ADR cases were related to 37 rnkinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections and 8 kinds of systems. Conclusion Great importance should be attached to ADR mornnitoring to reduce the happening of ADR and increase the security of the drugs.
