短暂性脑缺血发作两种抗血小板治疗方案的的疗效比较和分析

摘要

Aim To investigate the curative effect of Kecuo Yintong gel on treating level Ⅰ , Ⅱ acne vulgaris. Methods 64 cases of level Ⅰ and level Ⅱ acne patients were divided into two groups randomly. The observation group was given Kecuo Yintong gel for external use,while the control group was given viaminate cream for external use. Results The depletion rate of non-inflammatory skin lesions of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,Two groups' depletion rates of inflammatory skins lesions were equal. Two groups' difference in curative rate and total effective rate had no statistic significance(P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion The curative effects of treating acne vulgaris between Kecuo Yintong gel and viaminate cream are equal. Kecuo Yintong gel is better in treating non-infflammatry skin lesions than viaminate cream,which is also suitable for treating level Ⅰ , Ⅱ acne vulgaris patients.%目的 比较阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷与阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的疗效和安全性,分析两种治疗方案差异的可能原因.方法 选择该院神经内科收治的诊断明确的98例TIA患者,50例给予口服阿司匹林和氯吡格雷为治疗组,48例予口服肠溶阿司匹林为对照组,均持续6个月.结果 随访6个月,治疗组50例TIA发作在10 d内完全控制无复发48例,有效率96.00%(48/50),1例发展为脑梗死,无出血并发症.对照组48例TIA发作完全控制28例,有效率81.25%(39/48),有9例发展为脑梗死.两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.001).结论 阿司匹林、氯吡格雷联合抗血小板治疗TIA疗效显著,未见明显不良反应,可临床推广.
