新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清IGF-I、NPY和CGRP水平检测的临床意义

         

摘要

Aim To explore the significance of measurement of changes of serum IGF-I,NPY and CGRP levels in neonates with Hypoxic -ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods Serum IGF-I, NPY and CGRP levels were determined with RIA in 38 neonates with HIE both during acute stage and convalescence as well as in 35 controls. Results During acute stage the serum IGF-I ,CGRP levels in the patients were significantly lower than those in controls (P < 0.01) ,but serum NPY levels were significantly higher than those in controls (P < 0.01). After convalesecence stage serum IGF-I, NPY and CGRP levels were still significantly differet from those in controls (P < 0.05). Conclusions Determination of serum IGF-I 、NPY and CGRP levels was helpful for the prediction of treatment efficacy in neonates with HIE.%目的 探讨缺氧缺血性脑病患儿(HIE)血清IGF-I、NPY和CGRP水平的变化及临床意义.方法 应用放射免疫分析法对38例HIE新生儿急性期与35例HIE新生儿恢复期进行了血清IGF-I、NPY和CGRP水平检测,并与35例正常新生儿作比较.结果 HIE患儿急性期血清IGF-I、CGRP水平显著低于正常新生儿组(P<0.01),而血清 NPY水平又非常显著地高于正常新生儿组(P<0.01),至恢复期血清IGF-I、NPY和CGRP水平和正常新生儿仍有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 血清IGF-I、NPY和CGRP在中枢神经系统中起保护作用,并与新生儿HIE的病理过程密切相关.
