非小细胞肺癌患者血清CA21-1、CEA、NSE手术前后表达水平变化及意义

Objective To investigate the change and effect of operation on CA21-1 ,CEA and NSE level in non -small cell lung cancer patients. Methods From November 2010 to April 2012,45 patients with NSCLC and 45 healthy controls were recruited. The tumor indexes including CEA,NSE and CA21-1 were measured by ELISA. Results The CA21-1 ,CEA and NSE levels in non-small cell lung cancer patients were obviously lower than healthy controls( P <0. 01 ). After surgery operation, CA21-1 ,CEA and NSE levels were obviously decreased as compared with those before the operation( P <0. 01 ). The CA21-1 ,CEA and NSE positive rate in non-small cell lung cancer patients was obviously lower than that before operation ( CA21 -1, CEA, P < 0. 01 and NSE, P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The screening of tumor indexes such as CA21-1 ,CEA and NSE level could be helpful to the evaluation of surgery operation performance, prognosis, condition monitoring and treatment guiding.%目的 研究非小细胞肺癌患者血清细胞角蛋白19片段(Cytokeratin 19 fragment,CA21-1)、癌胚抗原(Carcino-Embryonic Antigen,CEA)、神经元特异性烯纯化酶(Neuron-Specific Enolase,NSE)手术前后的表达水平变化及意义.方法 2010年11月-2012年4月期间,选择行手术治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者45例及同期45例健康对照组,用酶联免疫吸附实验法(ELISA)检测非小细胞肺癌患者手术前后及对照组血清中CA21-1、CEA、NSE水平.分析3组血清3种肿瘤标志物水平变化.各均数比较采用t检验,计数资料采用组间χ2 检验.结果 非小细胞肺癌患者手术前血清CA21-1、CEA、NSE 水平明显高于对照组水平(P＜0.01);非小细胞肺癌患者手术后血清CA21-1、CEA、NSE 水平明显低于手术前水平(P＜0.01);非小细胞肺癌患者手术后血清CA21-1、CEA、NSE 阳性率明显低于手术前(CA21-1、CEA,P＜0.01;NSE,P＜0.05).结论 检测手术前后血清CA21-1、CEA、NSE 水平变化对于评估手术疗效,判断预后,监测病情,指导进一步的治疗措施等有一定临床意义,值得临床进一步推广应用.
