腹腔镜直肠癌根治术36例临床分析

摘要

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods From August 2009 to May 2012 clinical data of 36 cases of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of the operations were successful,no conversion to open surgery,operation time 170 ～280 min,average( 200 ± 15 )min. Intraoperative bleeding was 60 ～200 mL,an average of about( 120 ± 15 )mL. There were no ureteral injury,anastomotic leakage,anastomotic stricture, incontinence and other complications. The average length of hospital stay was( 12 ± 1 )d. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer is safe and feasible. Which has advantages of wide vision,minor trauma,faster postoperative recovery,less complications, shorter hospitalization time etc.%目的 总结腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的临床经验.方法 对2009年8月-2012年5月期间行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术36例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 手术均获成功.无中转开腹,手术时间为170～280 min,平均(200±15)min.术中出血60~200 mL,平均约(120±15)mL,无输尿管损伤,吻合口漏、吻合口狭窄、大小便失禁等并发症发生.平均住院(12±1)d.结论 腹腔镜直肠癌根治术安全可行,具有术野广,患者创伤小,术后康复快,并发症少,住院时间短等优点.
