CIK免疫治疗对肿瘤患者生活质量影响的观察

摘要

目的 评价CIK过继免疫治疗后患者生活质量.方法 按常规方法采集细胞,分离培养,10～15 d收获,对50例患者采用CIK细胞静脉输注治疗.结果 50例患者通过CIK细胞治疗后生活质量有不同程度的改善;培养后CIK细胞表型检测可见CD3+,CD3+CD56+细胞较培养前显著增加(P＜0.01).结论 CIK细胞治疗肿瘤是一种安全有效的方法,能有效地改善病人的免疫力及生活质量,可成为继手术,放疗,化疗后的肿瘤治疗的重要辅助手段.%Objective To observe the effect of CIK adoptive immunotherapy on the quality of life in patients with cancer. Methods Collected venous blood samples were cultured to be proliferated and transfused to the patients 14-15 days later. Results After the treatment of CIK, the quality of life in patients improved ; the ratio of CD3 + , CD3 + CD56 + of 50 patients were increased after treatment of CIK compared with those before treatment P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The treatment of CIK is safe and effective;it can obviously improve the cellular immune function and the quality of life; it can be the important auxiliary method after surgery, radiation and chemotherapy.
