目的 建立参芪首乌颗粒的质量标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法对黄芪进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对制何首乌进行定量测定,色谱条件为Kromasil C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(20:80);流速:1.0 mL· min-1;检测波长为320 nm.结果在选定的薄层色谱条件下,黄芪的薄层图谱清晰,分离度好.制何首乌含量测定的线性范围为67.5~675.0 mg· L-1(r=0.9998),样品平均加样回收率(n=6)为99.7%,RSD为1.47%.结论 该法结果准确,重现性好,可用于参芪首乌颗粒的质量控制.%Objective To establish the quality standards of Shenqishouwu granules.Methods The radix milkvetch were identified by TLC.The content of radix polygoni multiflori preparata was determined by HPLC with Kromasil C 18chromatographic column,and a mo-bile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water(20:80).The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1and the detection wavelength was 320 nm.Re-sults The radix milkvetch were identified successfully by TLC.The linear range of determination was 67.5~675.0 mg· L-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 99.7%(n=6),and RSD was 1.47%.Conclusions The method is accurate and reproduci-ble,and can be used for quality control of Shenqishouwu granule.
