“三农”问题是指农业、农村、农民3大问题。该文从社会学的基本思想出发介绍了三农问题的内容和背景，分析了三农问题产生的原因和衍生的影响，并从社会学的视角下提出解决三农问题的有效措施，促进农村更快、更好地发展。%Three dimensional rural issues refer to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,this paper starting from the basic idea of sociology describes the contents and context of three dimensional rural,it analysised the causes and impact of three dimensional rural,and therefore proposed the effect way to solve three di-mensional rural from the sociological perspective,and promoted the rural faster and better development.
