提出了一种开放式光度传感器.它的光源和光电转换器是分离的,能实时响应溶液颜色的变化,克服了以往光度传感器响应滞后的问题.以该光度传感器为核心,结合滴定装置、控制主机和磁力搅拌器,研制了自动光度滴定仪.该仪器体积小巧、成本低廉、操作简便.将该仪器用于有色体系酱油酸度的测定,结果与国家标准GB/T 5009.39酱油酸度电位滴定分析法测定结果一致.%An opening photometric transducer is presented. Its light source and transducer are separated and it can respond to the color change of solution in real time, overcoming the time delay of traditional photometric transducer. Based on this novel transducer, in conjunction with titration device, electronic controller and magnetic stirrer, a portable automatic photometric titrimeter was developed. The instrument has been applied to the titrimetric measurement of the total acid of colored soy sauce sample. Its end point is difficult to be determined by naked eyes. The measurement results are in agreement with those of national standard method. This titrimeter has the advantages of small volume, low cost and convenience.
