分子印迹-化学发光法测定甲基对硫磷

         

摘要

Molecularly imprinted monolithic column was prepared using methyl parathion as the tem‐plate molecule by in situ step‐addition polymerization. A new chemiluminescence method for the determi‐nation of methyl parathion was proposed by the combination of methyl parathion‐imprinted polymer and KMnO4‐methyl parathion‐formaldehyde‐CL system. The linear range was 2.0 × 10-6‐5.0 × 10-5 mol/L , the detection limit was 2.0 × 10-7 mol/L ,the relative standard deviation was 3.3% (n=11). This method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace residue of parathion in vegetable and grain sam‐ples.%以甲基对硫磷为模板分子,采用原位逐步聚合法制备了甲基对硫磷分子印迹聚合物,利用高锰酸钾-甲醛-甲基对硫磷化学发光体系,建立了测定甲基对硫磷高选择性的分子印迹-化学发光分析方法。方法的线性范围为2.0×10-6~5.0×10-5 mol/L ,检出限为2×10-7 mol/L ,对1.0×10-6 mol/L甲基对硫磷溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.3%。此法已用于谷物中甲基对硫磷的测定,结果满意。
