用于双模式离子漂移管系统的法拉第盘离子检测器

摘要

In this paper ,a new type of Faraday plate ion detector is introduced .It can suppress the pulse high voltage electric field ,high current ,static electricity and other environmental noise in the drift tube ,and satisfy the requirements of the existing double mode ion drift tube system .%双模式离子漂移管系统含有脉冲高压电场、大电流加热和气路驱动3种强电磁干扰源。为了提高离子检测器的灵敏度，必须抑制漂移管迁移区的脉冲高压电场、大电流、静电及其它环境噪声。本实验研制了一种新型的法拉第盘离子检测器，可有效抑制上述噪声，满足现有双模式离子漂移管系统对离子检测器的要求。
