A highly sensitive SERS platform for the selective trace analysis of As3+ions was reported based on glutathione (GSH)/4-mercaptopyridine (4-MPY)modified silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). The optimal conditions of SERS analysis were proposed as well as AgNPs synthesis.The Raman signal intensi-ty showed a linear relationship with As3+concentration with a linear range of 1-300ppb under 2.0μM 4-MPY and stirring time of 30min.%将谷胱甘肽(GSH)和4-巯基吡啶(4-MPY)通过 Ag-S 化学键键合到 AgNPs 表面,使其发生 GSH/4-MPY功能化的 AgNPs团聚,增强了4-MPY的拉曼信号,间接检测了水体中 As3+.实验充分研究了银纳米材料的合成条件及对 As3+进行 SERS检测的最优条件,在4-MPY的浓度为2.0 μmol/L、搅拌时长为30分钟的优化条件下,拉曼信号强度与 As3+浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为1~300μg/L.
