UPLC-ESI-MS法测定贞芪扶正胶囊中毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、红景天苷和黄芪甲苷的含量

The quantitative method of isoflavonids, phenylpropanoids and saponin in Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule was established using the ultra-pressure liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC-ESI-MS) method. ACN and 0. 3% formic acid water were used as the mobile phase by gradient elution, with a detection time of 12 min, and a good linear correlation of r2>0. 999. It was proved that the method is simple, accurate, reliability with good repeatability that can be used as quality control for Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule.%建立了超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联三重四级杆质谱法( UPLC-ESI-MS)同时测定贞芪扶正胶囊中红景天苷、毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和黄芪甲苷含量的方法.采用UPLC-ESI-MS联用法,乙腈和0.3%甲酸水溶液不同比例梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL/min,12 min内可完成测试,且线性关系良好(r2>0.999).方法简便、准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于贞芪扶正制剂的质量控制.
