一种全自动卧式金属碎屑成形机的研制

摘要

为快速回收数控机床机加过程中产生的碎屑，设计了一种全自动卧式金属碎屑成形机。介绍金属碎屑成形机的机械结构设计和自动控制系统设计思路，总结该机的工作过程及主要作用，为提高碎屑收集及加工利用效率提供参考。%Full-automatic horizontal metal chip forming machine is designed in order to accelerate the recovery of chips in the CNC ma-chining process. In this paper it introduced the design idea of metal chip forming machine in mechanical structure and automatic control system,summarized the working process of the machine and the main function,so as to provide reference for increasing efficiency of chip collecting and processing and utilization.
