极端干旱区不同滴灌条件下葡萄叶水势的变化及其与主要生态因素关系的研究

         

摘要

In extremely dry conditions, with mature Thompson seedless grape as research material, drip irrigation technology was used to study the effects of different water treatments on vine leaf water potential variation and their relations with various ecological factors. The results showed that: the effects of different water treatments on leaf water potential are roughly at the same trend, highest in the early morning, lowest at noon, beginning to rise in the afternoon; in each treatment grape leaf water potential has positive correlation with soil moisture content, and it reaches a significant level in medium water (7 950 mVhm2) treatment. Various ecological factors have different impact on leaf water potential in each treatment: relative atmospheric humidity is the most important factor influencing the daily change of grape leaf water potential in the control (27 000 mVhm ) treatment and high water (14 775 mVhm2) treatment; while air temperature has the most significant direct effect on the daily change of grape leaf water potential in the medium water and low water (5 850 mVhm2) treatments; and relative atmospheric humidity has the greatest total effect in each treatment.%在极端干旱条件下,以成龄无核白葡萄为材料,采用滴灌灌水技术,研究了不同水分处理下葡萄叶水势的日变化特征以及与生态因素间的关系.结果表明:不同水分处理下叶水势的日变化趋势大致相同,均为清晨最高,中午达到最低点,下午开始回升;各处理葡萄的叶水势与土壤含水量之间呈正相关,且中水(7 950 m3/hm2)处理的叶水势与土壤含水量之间达到极显著水平;不同水分处理下不同生态因素对叶水势的影响作用不同,在对照(27000 m3/hm2)处理和高水(14 775m3/hm2)处理下直接影响葡萄叶水势日变化的最重要的生态因素是大气相对湿度,大气温度在中水和低水(5 850 m3/hm2)处理下的葡萄叶水势日变化中直接作用最大,且大气相对湿度在各处理中的总作用均为最大.
