A new approach of parting design of turbine blade based on feature decomposition and parting template library is put forward. The exceeding obstacles of turbine blade with complicated outer structure is addressed. First, automated feature recognition and man-machine interaction feature recognition are adopted to extract decomposition features of cavity. The core block of turbine blade is extracted to simple features. Second, for each simple feature, the parting design approach is selected automatically from parting template library. This new approach enhances the design efficiency of turbine blade mould and sets a foundation of automated design of precise casting mould of turbine blade.%为实现复杂涡轮叶片外形模具分模自动化,提出了一种基于特征分解及模板库的涡轮叶片分模方法.该方法运用离散和集成的思想,采用自动特征识别和人机交互特征识别的方式提取型腔体模型分解特征,将涡轮叶片的核心包络块分解为简单特征体,然后针对每个简单特征体,采用基于模板库的分模方法实现自动分模,从而有效地提高了涡轮叶片外形模具的设计效率,为涡轮叶片精铸模具设计自动化奠定了基础.
