高温合金材料高精度薄壁盘环类零件加工变形控制研究

     

摘要

航空发动机盘环类件结构的突出特点是形状复杂、壁薄、刚性差,加工时容易产生变形,因此对该类零件加工变形进行深入研究并提出相应的变形控制措施十分重要。本文以航空发动机高温合金材料盘环类件为研究对象,对其加工残余应力和变形的特点以及控制方法进行了探讨。为了减小或避免薄壁盘环类零件的变形,保证零件的尺寸偏差、形状与位置偏差及技术条件满足设计要求,本文在工艺路线的安排、工艺方法和设备的选用、工艺装备的结构设计、加工余量的划分及切削用量的选择等方面均采取了相应的控制应力与变形的措施,实现了对高温合金材料薄壁盘环类件加工变形的控制。%The structure characteristics of the aeroengine discs and buflfes are complex shape, thin wall and low rigidity, the deformation is very common in pro-cessing, so it is very important to study how to control the deformation in processing. The machining residual stress and deformation characteristics and the control method based on the aeroengine superalloy disks and baflfes with thin-wall are studied. In order to avoid or reduce the de-formation of disks and baffles with thin-wall, to ensure the dimension deviation, shape and position deviation and technical conditions meeting the design requirements, it takes steps to control stress and deformation in process arrangement, equipment selection, equipment structure design, process redundancy distribution and the choice of cutting parameters. All the methods make the deformation controlling of superalloy disks and baflfes with thin-wall come true.
