系统成熟度评估矩阵计算模型在机载制导武器研制中的应用

         

摘要

In order to lower effectively the technical risk of weapon research&development , the A-merican Department of Defense ( DOD) adopted the notion of Technology Readiness Level ( TRL) as well as Technology Readiness Assessment ( TRA ) , and continuously expanded their application field and scope to improve and develop the notion of System Readiness Level ( SRL) as well as System Readiness Assessment ( SRA) .This article introduces the basic concept of TRL and TRA , and then further intro-duces the basic concept of SRL , SRA and a widely-used assessment method called “Matrix-based Mod-el”, and applies the assessment method to the airborne guided weapon research&development work as a practical instance , presenting an useful reference for TRA of domestic complex integrated systems .%为了有效降低装备研制中的技术风险,美国国防部( DOD )在国防采办中引入了技术成熟度等级( TRL)的概念以及技术成熟度评估( TRA)的方法,并将其应用领域和适用范围不断扩大,发展完善为系统成熟度等级( SRL)与系统成熟度评估( SRA)。本文介绍了TRL与TRA的基本概念,并在此基础上,介绍了SRL与SRA的基本概念以及最常用的评估方法---矩阵计算模型,并围绕机载制导武器研制工作进行应用举例说明,为国内对复杂武器系统实施技术成熟度评估提供参考与借鉴。
