固体燃气阀开关状态内流场分析

         

摘要

The solid propellant hot-gas valve is the key technology of diver attitude control .The in-ternal flow field of solid propellant hot-gas valve in its opened and closed condition is analyzed based on numerical simulation .It is shown that there is available driving force on both sides of the hot-gas valve to open and close the valve , and the main structure parameters of changing the driving force are gotten;The larger export and smaller gap should be made to get greater opening force .Then, the method calculates the moving distance of valve .It proposes a reference and support for the future analyses , design and opti-mization of the hot -gas valve.%固体燃气阀技术是姿轨控发动机控制的关键技术之一。通过数值模拟对固体燃气阀开关状态进行内流场分析,结果表明:燃气阀两侧存在有效驱动力,能够实现阀的开启和关闭,并确定了影响驱动力的主要构型参数;同时考虑燃气阀周向间隙影响,需设法增大阀尾腔出口面积、减小间隙和增大 ds/dr ,以增大燃气阀开启力;最后对确定阀芯移动距离的原则予以说明。研究结果为后期燃气阀机理分析、设计和优化提供参考和支撑。
