混流式模型水轮机导叶水力矩试验

         

摘要

为了确定导叶在各个开度所受的水力矩从而正确选择导水机构接力器,采用特殊的测力活动导叶轴、粘贴应变片的技术工艺、静荷载的标定方法,针对某一混流式模型水轮机进行了同步导叶水力矩和非同步导叶水力矩的模型试验。试验结果表明,该混流式模型水轮机导叶在同步及非同步条件下均具备自关闭的特性。试验结果已经用于真机导水机构设计,保证了原型水轮机设计的安全性与合理性。%For correct selection of the guide vane servomotor based on determining the hydraulic torque of guide vanes at different openings, synchronous and asynchronous guide vane torque model tests of a Francis turbine were performed, using a special guide vane bearing, the technology of bonded strain gauges, and the static load calibration method. Test results show that guide vanes of the Francis turbine model have a self-closing function under synchronous and asynchronous conditions. The results have already been used in the prototype design of water distributors of Francis turbines, ensuring security and rationality in prototype design.
