MicroRNAs参与调节物质和能量代谢,同时代谢刺激也对microRNAs进行反向调节,构成一个复杂的调节网络,在心力衰竭的发生发展中具有重要作用.去乙酰化酶可感受能量状态的变化,调节细胞代谢,保护心肌对抗代谢应激,去乙酰化酶也受到microRNAs的调控,提示存在一个错综复杂的涉及到microRNAs功能、乙酰化/去乙酰化异常、代谢改变和心功能不全的调节轴, microRNAs在心力衰竭的临床诊疗中具有应用前景.%MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are involved in the regulation of substance and energy metabolism.Metabolic stimulation also has the reverse regulation to miRNAs simultaneously.They form a complex regulatory network that plays an important role in the development of heart failure.Sirtuins(SIRTs)can perceive the change of energy state ,regulate cell metabolism,protect the myocardium from metabolic stress. SIRTs also are regulated by miRNAs,suggesting that there is a regulating axis exist in miRNAs ,acetylation/deacetylation abnormalities , metabolic changes and cardiac dysfunction.MiRNAs have a promising future in clinical diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.
