Percutaneous coronary intervention of coronary chronic total occlusion is relatively complex ,and requires significant opera-tion time and radiation , and the problems of radiation protection cannot be ignored .During percutaneous coronary intervention of coronary chronic total occlusion ,we should pay attention to radioprotection ,reduce the radiation dose and protect the health of patients and doctors .%慢性完全闭塞的冠状动脉病变介入术操作较复杂，手术及辐射时间长，辐射防护问题不容忽视。在慢性完全闭塞的冠状动脉病变介入术过程中，应注意辐射防护，降低辐射剂量，维护医护人员及患者的健康。
