采用两种不同的建模方法,即计算机参数化设计和函数图形曲线设计,设计纺织机械凸轮。通过动态模拟分析,对比选择两种方法中较好的方法进行设计。结果显示:采用函数图形曲线设计其凸轮曲线曲率变化小,过渡圆滑,机械冲击小。导致此差异的根本原因是由于参数化设计在生成凸轮轮廓曲线时不能圆滑过渡,而直接采用圆滑过渡图形曲线来生成的凸轮轮廓曲线能够达到圆滑过渡的效果。% This thesis adopts two different modeling methods ,namely ,the parametric design of computer and the graphic curve design of function ,to design the cam of textile machine and select the better one through the dynamic simulation analysis .The results show that the cam ,which is designed by the function graphic curve design ,has less change of curvature and mechanical impact . The primary reason for this difference is that the cam profile produced by the parametric design cannot realize the smooth transition .However ,the cam profile produced by the graphic curve design can achieve the effect of smooth transition .
