单组分聚氨酯胶的制备及在中空玻璃中的应用

摘要

The one-component sealant was prepared with diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and polyether polyol,and it was confirmed as the target product by IR characterization.When the polyurethane sealant and the primer were used cooperatively,the favourable results of bonding between aluminum and glass were obtained.The prepared insulating glass showed excellent weatherability.%以4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和聚醚多元醇制备了单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂,红外表征确定合成了目标产物.该胶粘剂与底涂剂配套使用时,对玻璃和铝具有良好的粘接效果.制备的中空玻璃具有优异的耐候性.
