A transgenic tobacco database of routine genetic elements was established based on literature review of transgenic tobacco research in the last 10 years. Genetic elements that were commonly used in transgenic tobacco research were screened to reveal frequency of individual and combination of genetic elements. A combination of P-35S promoter, NPT II/HPT/Bar/aadA selective marker genes, GUS reporter gene and T-NOS terminator as screening target elements can make screening rate of transgenic tobacco reach 100%in theory. Thus, an optimized screening strategy for transgenic tobacco is being laid out.%通过检索国内外近10年烟草转基因研究的相关文献,建立了转基因烟草常用转化遗传元件的数据库,统计了每个遗传元件及组合元件的使用频率后,发现利用7种遗传元件,包括:启动子P-35S、标记基因NPT II、HPT、Bar和aadA、报告基因GUS及终止子T-NOS作为靶标元件组合,能使目前烟草转基因事件的理论筛查率达到100%,从而构建出转基因烟草的优化筛查策略。
