烟用接装纸印刷层耐摩擦性能的摩擦-色差测定法研究

         

摘要

Cigarette paper may be polluted due to printing surface color separation of tipping paper resulting from poor rub resistance. Therefore, rub resistance of printing layer is seen as an important physical quality character of tipping paper. No special method had been used to test resistance performance until recently. Rubbing/chromatic-aberration test method was invented to test rub resistance for printing layer of tipping paper, which was discussed in such aspects as rub mechanism, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and maneuverability. Rubbing/chromatic-aberration test method was found viable because of three advantages in above aspects:its rub mechanism was similar to that of real rub process in cigarette packing machine;both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were accurate and reliable;the experimental manipulation was convenient and timesaving. It was suitable for forming correlative standard to test and judge rub resistance in tipping paper's printing layer.%耐摩擦性是烟用接装纸印刷层的一项重要物理性能,接装纸外表面印刷层的耐摩擦性能差将导致印刷面的色层脱落引起卷烟拖色缺陷,并影响卷烟的外观质量,因而针对该项指标的检测成为国内外研究热点。本文对接装纸印刷层的耐摩性检测方法进行考察,研究开发了摩擦-色差测定法,并从方法的前处理、定性定量分析结果以及与机台实际运行过程的相似性三方面进行分析。研究显示:摩擦-色差测定法的摩擦机理与机台实际生产过程中的运行摩擦相似,其定性和定量分析结果准确可靠,前处理方法高效快捷,可作为系统的检测方法对接装纸印刷层的耐摩擦性能进行检测和判定。
