A new type of metal-doped oxide material with porous structure was developed to apply in cigarette filter for selective reduction of HCN and phenol in mainstream cigarette smoke. Physical and chemical characterization including BET, XRD, and HRTEM analysis proved that the porous structure of material had uniform pore-size distribution. Results of cigarette smoke analysis showed that this porous material can selectively reduce HCN and phenol delivery in mainstream cigarette smoke by more than 22%, without significant change of conventional composition, including tar, nicotine and water content, nor any negative influence on sensory quality.%为选择性降低卷烟烟气中HCN和苯酚释放,制备了一种金属掺杂的多孔氧化物复合材料。利用比表面分析和孔径分析、X-射线衍射(XRD)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)对材料进行了表征,优化了材料的制备方法,并将材料添加到卷烟滤嘴中评价其减害降焦的效果。实验结果表明:(1)材料具有均匀的孔结构,孔径分布较窄(2-5 nm),负载的金属元素均匀分散在基体中;(2)材料对主流烟气中HCN和苯酚的选择性降低率均可达22%以上,而对于烟气常规成分以及感官质量影响较小。
