In recent years, novel tobacco products such as e-cigarette, heat not burn tobacco products, snuff , chewing tobacco have been developing very rapidly on international market, and relevant legal regulation has also been changing and improving. Based on analysis of current development of these novel tobacco products, this paper summarized the changing trend and main characteristics of novel tobacco products in the perspective of market development and legal regulation.
