茉莉酸甲酯对烟草分泌型和非分泌型腺毛形态发生的影响

         

摘要

为解析茉莉酸对烟草腺毛发生的影响,本文以高分泌型普通烟草T.I.1068和非分泌型普通烟草T.I.1112为材料, 喷施不同浓度茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA),并对处理前后的叶片和茎表面腺毛进行形态学比较观察.结果发现:(1)T.I.1068腺毛包括长柄分泌型和短柄分泌型两类,腺毛密度随着MeJA浓度的增加而增加,但腺毛类型保持不变.(2)T.I.1112腺毛包括非分泌型和短柄分泌型两类,长柄分泌型腺毛在MeJA处理后出现,其密度随MeJA浓度的增加而增加,而非分泌型腺毛和短柄分泌型腺毛的密度并无明显变化.该结果表明,MeJA对烟草长柄分泌型腺毛发生具有强烈的诱导作用,而对非分泌型腺毛的发生并无明显影响,反映出不同类型的烟草腺毛具有不同的发生调控机制.%In order to understand the role of jasmonic acid (JA) in the development of tobacco trichome, two genotypes of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.), high glandular T.I.1068 (Tobacco introduction 1068) and non-glandular T.I.1112 (Tobacco introduction 1112) were treated with methyl jasmonic acid (MeJA) under sterile condition. Morphological changes of trichomes on leaf and stem were microscopically observed three weeks after MeJA treatment. Results showed: (1) T.I.1068 possessed only glandular trichomes of long stalk and short stalk. Once treated with MeJA, trichome density increased and was positively correlated with MeJA concentration, while no trichome type changes were observed. (2) T.I.1112 consisted of mainly non-glandular trichomes and short stalk glandular trichomes. When treated by MeJA, the occurrence of long stalk glandular trichome was observed, and their density increased consistently with MeJA concentration, but not for other two types. These results showed that MeJA specifically induced the initiation of long stalk glandular trichome both on glandular and non-glandular tobacco genotypes. It was indicated that the morphogenesis of diff erent trichome types of tobacco were regulated by diff erent network.
