Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the expressions of CyclinD1 and CDK4 in normal cervical squamous epithelium, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods: Specimens were taken from uterine cervix of 118 cases.There were normal squamous epithelium 14 cases and CIN 25 cases,79 cases were cervical squamous cell carcinoma.The cellular protein expressions of CyclinD1 and CDK4 were studied with streptavidin peroxidase immunohistochemical method.Results: The positive rates of CyclinD1 and CDK4 are significantly different (P<0.05) among normal cervical squamous epithelium, CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma, its similar during different pathologic differentiation degree of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (P>0.05). Conclusion: These results suggest the overexpression of cyclinD1 and CDK4 is meaningful in cervical squamous cell carcinomas early diagnosis.%目的:探讨Cyclin D1和CDK4在正常宫颈上皮、CIN和宫颈鳞癌中表达状况.方法:收集子宫颈活检及手术标本118例,其中正常鳞状上皮14例,CIN25例,宫颈鳞癌79例.采用SP免疫组织化学方法,检测CyclinD1和CDK4蛋白的表达情况.结果:Cyclin D1和CDK4在正常宫颈上皮、CIN和宫颈鳞癌的中表达水平存在显著性差异(P《0.05),在不同分化程度的宫颈鳞癌间无显著性差异(P》0.05).结论:在宫颈鳞癌发生过程中伴有Cyclin D1和CDK4 表达水平的增高,检测其含量改变有助于宫颈鳞癌诊断.
