喷施多效唑对圆齿野鸦椿苗木抗旱性的影响

         

摘要

The biennial Euscaphis konishlii seedlings were used as test materials,in the fast growing stage of the seedlings,namely:June,July,August and September 300 mg/L of PP333 was sprayed to the seedlings at the beginning of each month,and sprayed once more 10 d after each spray.In early October the seedlings were moved into the waterproof shed for drought stress.The effect of spraying PP333 in different months on seedling physiological and biochemical indexes was studied. The results show that, Under drought stress, there were differences in the physiological and biochemical indexes of the seedling leaves. The comprehensive evaluation with fuzzy mathematics membership function method showed the order of the drought resistance of the seedlings in the treatments was:treatment Ⅰ>treatment Ⅱ>treatment Ⅳ>treatment Ⅲ>the control ( without spray ) . Spray of 300 mg/L PP333 in the period from June to September could improve seedling drought tolerance;and spray in June had the best effect.%以二年生圆齿野鸦椿盆栽苗为试材,在苗木生长旺盛期的6、7、8、9月份,分别于各月初叶面喷施多效唑300 mg/L,10 d后再喷1次,连喷两次,以不喷药作对照。10月初将各处理盆苗移至防雨塑料棚内,停止浇水,研究干旱胁迫下,不同月份喷施多效唑对苗木生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫下各处理苗木叶片的生理生化指标存在一定差异,经模糊数学隶属函数法综合评价,各处理苗木抗旱能力由强到弱排序依次为:处理Ⅰ、处理Ⅱ、处理Ⅳ、处理Ⅲ和CK。即6~9月不同时间喷施300 mg/L多效唑均可提高苗木的抗旱能力,但以6月份喷施多效唑圆齿野鸦椿苗木的抗旱能力最强。
