香蕉枯萎病生防菌的筛选及生防物质分析

By dual culture,182 antagonistic bacteria were screened from 3013 isolates isolated from differ⁃ent habitats for controlling Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense (FoC),which included 91 strong antagonisticbacteria,60 medium antagonistic bacteria,31 weak antagonistic bacteria.Six substances associated with biologi⁃cal control including lytic enzymes(cellulase,protease,chitinase,β-1,3-glucanase) and metabolites(sid⁃erophore,IAA) were determined and analyzed for assessing theses antagonistic bacteria with antagonistic activ⁃ity towards FoC.55 promising antagonistic bacteria with the score greater than or equal to 7 were screened forfurther test.This study was not only for exploring the comprehensive evaluation and screening methods for an⁃tagonistic bacteria against FOC,but also for the further research and utilization of these bacteria.%通过与病原菌的平板对峙培养,从来自于不同生境的3013份分离物中,筛选出了182株香蕉枯萎病生防细菌,其中拮抗性强的91株、拮抗性中等的60株、拮抗性弱的31株。进一步对这些生防细菌进行了生防物质包括产水解酶(纤维素酶、蛋白酶、几丁质酶、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶)及次生代谢物(嗜铁素、吲哚乙酸)的测定,并根据产水解酶、次生代谢物及拮抗性强弱进行了赋值评价,筛选出了赋值大于等于7的菌株55个。探索了生防菌的综合的评价筛选方法,也为进一步研究和利用香蕉枯萎病生防菌提供了试验基础。
