贮藏时间和物流温度对“纽荷尔”脐橙货架寿命和品质的影响

摘要

以赣南脐橙主栽品种“纽荷尔”为试材，研究了贮藏时间（30，60，90，120 d）及物流温度（5℃和10℃）对果实货架寿命和品质的影响。研究结果表明：脐橙在冷藏（5℃）条件下，随着贮藏时间的增加，果实品质逐渐下降，并缩短了物流转货架后贮藏寿命，尤其是在果实贮藏超过90 d以后，严重影响了果实货架品质。在贮藏前期，物流温度对脐橙果实货架寿命和品质无显著影响，但5℃物流较10℃物流能显著降低贮藏60 d脐橙货架期果实腐烂率，较好保持脐橙果实TSS、总糖及Vc含量，从而更好维持果实品质，说明适时、适温冷链物流对延长脐橙货架寿命、保持果实品质有很好的作用。%In the study,the major cultivar of Gannan navel orange-‘Newhall’ was used to investigate the effects of storage time (30,60,90 and 120 d) and logistics temperature (5 ℃ and 10 ℃) on shelf-life and quality of navel orange fruits.The results showed that fruit quality decreased and shelf-life was shortened after logistics with increasing storage time under cold storage ( 5℃) ,especially the shelf fruit quality was seriously affected when the fruits were stored over 90 d. In the early storage,logistics temperature had no significantly effect on shelf-life and fruit quality of navel orange,but 5℃ could significantly reduce fruit decay rate in the shelf stage,keep higher fruit TSS,total sugars and Vc content thus maintaining better fruit quality of navel or⁃ange transported after 60 d storage than 10 ℃,which indicated that timely and proper temperature cold chain logistics had good effects on extending shelf-life and keeping fruit quality of navel orange.
