为掌握泽漆活性物质的杀虫毒力及作用方式,以泽漆整株为试验材料,用不同溶剂提取活性物质,在室内对菜蚜进行触杀、胃毒、驱避毒力测定.结果表明:泽漆的乙酸乙脂提取物具有较高的触杀活性,其毒力回归方程为y=2.663x -4.529,LC50为50.229 mg/mL、;丙酮提取物则具有较高的胃毒活性,其毒力回归方程为y=1.918x -3.889,LC50为106.716 mg/mL;浓度为200 mg/mL的乙醇、氯仿、丙酮提取物则对菜蚜的驱避作用等级较高,为Ⅳ级.%In order to grasp the toxicity and action mode of the active substance in Euphorbia helioscopia, the author took the whole plant of Euphorbia helioscopia as the experimental material, used different solvents to extract the active substance, and then carried out the laboratory tests of contact, stomach and repellent toxicity to cabbage aphid. The results showed that the ethyl acetate extract from Euphorbia helioscopia had higher contact toxicity, the regressive equation of the toxicity was y = 2. 663x- 4.529, and its LCg, was 50.229 mg/mL. The acetone extract had higher stomach toxicity, the regressive equation of the toxicity was y = 1. 918x -3.889, and the LC50, was 106.716 mg/mL. The extractions of ethyl alcohol, chloroform and acetone at the concentration of 200 mg/mL had higher repellent toxicity against cabbage aphid, being grade Ⅳ.
