盐城地区大蒜根蛆发生特点及无公害防治技术研究

         

摘要

The occurrence characteristics of root vermicide in garlic were studied by luring insects with black light and field investigation. The results showed that the root vermicide in garlic occurred 3 generations in 2010 in Yancheng, the first generation occurred in the middle ten days of April, and was the most harmful in the first and middle ten days of May. The second generation occurred in the first and middle ten days of June, and the pupa over - summered from the last ten days of June to the last ten days of September. The third generation occurred in the first ten days of October, and pupated and overwintered successively from the last ten days of November. The field control experiments showed that the control effect of treatment with 12 L/hm2 40% noxious ℃ xin EC on root vermicide in garlic was the highest, being 97.6%. The effective method for the control of the larva of root vermicide in garlic was drenching root with 12 L/hm2 40% noxious · xin EC. Aiming at the occurrence characteristics of root vermicide in garlic, this paper presented some relative non - pollution control technologies.%利用黑光灯诱虫和大田虫态调查研究了大蒜根蛆的发生特点,结果表明:2010年大蒜根蛆在盐城发生3代,第1代幼虫于4月中旬盛发,5月上中旬为害最重;第2代幼虫于6月上中旬盛发,6月下旬至9月下旬以蛹越夏;第3代幼虫于10月上中旬盛发,11月下旬幼虫陆续化蛹越冬.田间药效试验表明:12 L/hm2 40%毒·辛EC处理的防效达97.6%,对大蒜根蛆的防效最好;在幼虫始盛期用9~12 L/hm2 40%毒·辛EC进行灌根,能够有效防治大蒜根蛆的发生和为害.针对大蒜根蛆的发生特点,提出了一些相应的无公害防治措施.
