白头翁水煎液对鸡离体空肠和盲肠运动张力的比较研究

摘要

将鸡的离体空肠和盲肠置于恒温通气台式液中,分别加入不同浓度的白头翁水煎液,以观察白头翁水煎液时鸡离体空肠和盲肠平滑肌张力的影响.试验结果表明:白头翁水煎液能极显著地抑制鸡离体空肠和盲肠平滑肌的自律性收缩活动,可降低空肠运动张力,减小收缩幅度;加大白头翁剂量其抑制效果亦随之加强,且其对盲肠的抑制作用远远大于对空肠的抑制作用.%In order to study the effect of the rhizome decoction of Pulsatilla chinensis on the tension of the isolated intestines in chook, the isolated jejunum and caecum were put into the Magnus' bath with the physiological solution, then different concentrations of the rhizome decoction was added. The testing results indicated that the rhizome decoction of Pulsatilla chinensis could obviously inhibit the self-disciplined shrinking movement of smooth muscle of the isolated jejunum and caecum in chook, reduce the movement tension of jejunum, and decrease the shrinking range. The inhibitory effect of the rhizome decoction of Ptlsatilla chinensis was reinforced by the increase of its concentration. The inhibitory effect of the rhizome decoction of Pulsatilla chinensis on the caecum was significantly stronger than that on the jejunum.
