江西红壤旱地黑芝麻新品种(系)比较试验

         

摘要

In order to screen out the suitable black sesame new varieties (lines) for planting in red soil upland of Jiangxi, using randomized block design, the growth potential, uniformity, drought resistance, stain resistance, main agronomic traits, yield and yield components, quality and other indexes of six black sesame new varieties (lines) were compared. The results showed that the actual yields of GS06 and BS86 were 46.6% and 37.6% higher respectively than that of Jinhuangma (CK), and their differences were significant ( P < 0. 05 ). The number of capsules per plant ( minimum 78.3) and yield per plant ( more than 8.0 g) of the tested varieties were significantly different from those of CK (P < 0.05 ). GS06 and BS86 had better quality, and their total contents of coarse fat and coarse protein reached 72.73% and 72.07% respectively. BS86 and GS06 had stronger resistance to Fusarium wilt and stem blight,their Fusarium wilt disease indexes were 12. 0% and 12.5% separately, and their stem blight disease indexes were 13.6% and 16.5% respectively. Therefore, it can be considered that GS06 and BS86 are two good - quality and high - yielding black sesame new varieties, and they are suitable for being cultivated in the red soil upland of Jiangxi province.%为了筛选出适宜红壤旱地种植的优质高产的黑芝麻新品种,采用随机区组设计,对6个黑芝麻新品种(系)的生长势、抗逆性、主要农艺性状、产量和产量构成因子、品质等指标进行了比较.结果表明:GS06和BS86的实际产量较高,比对照金黄麻增加46.6%和37.6%,差异显著;单株蒴果数(最低78.3)和单株产量(超过8.0 g)与对照差异显著;GS06 和 BS86的品质指标表现较好,粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量之和达到了72.73%和72.07%;BS86和GS06对枯萎病和茎点枯病的抗性较强,枯萎病病情指教分别为12.0%和12.5%,茎点枯病病情指数分别为13.6%和16.5%.初步认为适合江西红壤旱地种植的黑芝麻新品系为GS06和BS86,其产量潜力大.
