The ground observation data of the southern mountainous area of Ningxia in the recent 10 years were statistically ahalyzed and compared. It was found that both the average annual air temperature and the seasonal air temperature in the southern Ningxia were rising in the recent 10 years, and the largest, moderate and smallest increase of air temperature occurred in spring, summer and autumn respectively. The average annual precipitation reduced, the spring and summer rainfall decreased, and the decrease of spring rainfall was the most serious. The autunm and winter rainfall increased, and the largest increase of rainfall was found in winter. The frequency of the extreme weather such as drought and heavy rainfall increased.%应用宁夏南部山区地面观测数据,经统计对比分析,发现近10年来,宁夏南部山区平均年气温和四季气温均在上升,其中春季上升幅度最大,其次为夏季,秋季升温最小.平均年降水量减少,春、夏季降水减少,春季减少比例最大;秋、冬季降水增加,冬季增幅比例最大.干旱和大雨以上降水等极端天气频率增加.
