对杂交早稻育种技术和田间筛选工作的认识与体会

摘要

杂交早稻育种研究相对滞后于中晚稻,在杂交早稻育种技术上必须充分利用分子育种技术、跳出早稻攻早稻、重视资源的创新与材料的鉴定和评价.并结合工作实际,提出了针对性剔除导入资源的缺陷、结合气象资料分析和年度比较提高稳产性和适应性、科学地取样等田间筛选工作体会.%The program on early - season hybrid rice breeding relatively lagged behind medium and late hybrid rice. The break of early - season hybrid rice breeding would bring about new growth pole of economic development for Jiangxi province and China. Some technologies should be sufficiently used in early - season hybrid rice breeding, such as molecular breeding technology, germplasm innovation and evaluation, and using extensive rice materials as parents besides early -season rice. Based on the research activity, the authors put forward some experiences on field screening, including eliminating shortages against the introduced materials, estimating the stability and adaptability according to the meteorological data and annual behavior, and sampling scientifically in the field.
