以西南烟区4个市的C3F烟叶样品为研究对象,分析了烤烟色度与中性香气成分含量关系.结果表明:色度与多数中性香气成分呈二次曲线关系,其中色度与6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮呈显著二次曲线关系,当色度分值为6.12时,6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮含量达到最大,为0.76 μg/g.色度与苯乙醛、苯乙醇呈极显著的二次曲线关系,当色度分值为3.75和6.15时,苯乙醛和苯乙醇达到各自的最大值0.60 μg/g和2.24 μg/g.%The relationships between the chroma and neutral aroma component contents in the C3F tobacco leaf samples from four cities of southwest tobacco area were studied. A conic relationship was found between the chroma and most neutral aroma component contents. There was a significant conic relationship between the chroma and 6 - methyl - 5 - hepten - 2 - ketone content, when the score of chroma was 6.12, the content of 6 - methyl - 5 - hepten - 2 - ketone reached the maximum value 0.76 u,g/g. There were extremely significant conic relationships between the chroma and phenylacetaldehyde, benzeneethanol contents, when the score of chroma was 3. 75 and 6. 15 , the contents of phenylacetaldehyde and benzeneethanol reached the maximum value 0.60 jxg/g and 2. 24 |xg/g respectively.
