水稻光温敏雄性不育基因的遗传及育种利用研究进展

详细综述了水稻光温敏雄性不育基因的遗传及育种利用研究进展，包括光温敏雄性不育基因的定位、育性转换模式、遗传作用的模式及分子机制，两用核不育系在育种中存在的问题及其解决策略。%The paper reviewed in detail the research advances in the genetics of rice photoperiod -and thermo-sensitive male sterile gene and its breeding application , including the location of photoperiod -and thermo-sensitive male sterile genes, mode of fertility transformation, and mode and molecular mechanism of genetic effects .The paper also discussed some existing problems of dual-purpose genic male sterile rice lines in breeding and their solution strategy .
